Oil Change Action, previously Oil Change U.S., is a 501(c)(4) affiliate of Oil Change International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to expose the true costs of fossil fuels and facilitate a just transition to clean energy. 

The majority of people in the United States want their representatives to take action to prevent catastrophic climate change. But the fossil fuel industry makes progress impossible by pouring millions of dollars into electing politicians who deny the realities of climate change and boost fossil fuel expansion – the harms it causes to our climate and communities be damned. 

Oil Change Action counters the influence of dirty fossil fuel money in politics by supporting candidates who will fight for us – not Big Oil – and lobbying for bills that bring us closer to a just transition away from fossil fuels. We stand in solidarity with other movements against the billionaire greed that threatens our collective future.
